Jeff McGowan
Jeff was raised in Rockville, Maryland where his parents moved to just a few months after he was born. The neighborhood was blue collar, very industrious, and full of working class folk. Early on, Jeff had no interest in learning a trade or working with his hands. However, in 1998, Jeff was bit by the metal fabrication bug and he's been beating and bending metal ever since. What started as a hobby has grown into a full-time career. Jeff holds six certifications in TIG welding and is a full-time metal fabricator and still finds time to teach welding at a local community college. For five years Jeff has been building existing parts, one-off parts, full custom motorcycles, and has even become a consultant to V-Twin enthusiasts. Jeff put life on hold for six months in 2006 to attend the American Motorcycle Institute, in Daytona, Florida, to become better aquainted with those two wheeled chrome monsters he makes so many parts for. Although Jeff does not work for a dealership, he is now also a certified Harley-Davidson mechanic. For 2010, Jeff is currently creating a line of custom parts (patents pending) that any bike rider should be able to install at home.
HERE's THE QUICK & DIRTY......
....I make parts you can't find in catalogs or purchase
from any distributor, and not just motorcycles parts. If
you got the money and the time, I can make it.
....Base price for all one-off parts start at $300.00.
....Your part will arrive completely finished the way you
want it; chromed, powder coated, painted, raw, etc.
....Yeah, I'll create a full custom ride for you if that's what you're
lookin' for. Your custom motorcycle will take six to eight months
to complete. Minimum down payment is $10,000.00.
